Krill Oil For Depression

Krill oil is emerging as a promising, all-natural, treatment for depression. How come? Well, the human brain is mostly fat - in fact 60% of it is made up of DHA (an omega 3 fatty acid) and phospholipids. DHA is also an important component of neurons, the “wires” of the brain. In short, omega 3 fatty acids and phospholipids are integral for proper brain function.
